Who We Are
Last Mile Health’s team works across many geographies—but we share a deep commitment to our mission, vision, and values. We’re a hybrid team, with the majority of our staff working in our country program offices or in our Ghana headquarters, and a small number of staff working remotely. We have four in-person country offices in Ethiopia, Liberia, Malawi, and Sierra Leone, as well as county offices in Grand Bassa County and Rivercess County, Liberia. Our global team is headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Overall, our staff is 43% female and 74% African.
