Our Ghana office
At Last Mile Health, we partner with governments to build strong community health systems that extend primary healthcare to the world’s most remote communities.
Since 2022, Last Mile Health’s global headquarters has been located in Accra, Ghana. The office houses our global team and provides a strong base for technical support to our country teams, a key component in our commitment to moving power and decision-making closer to our programs.
Last Mile Health’s global team provides technical expertise in areas such as health financing; digital health; advocacy; health systems strengthening; and monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning. The global team also includes Last Mile Health’s executive office, people operations, financial and enterprise operations, and partnerships and communications teams. In addition, it includes members of the Africa Frontline First team, a partnership co-led by Last Mile Health to transform community health financing on the continent.
The global team operates on a hybrid model, with staff based in Accra or working remotely from locations where Last Mile Health does not have an office.
