Crises require collaboration. Unfortunately, the NGOs on the frontlines of crisis response are often incentivized to compete, rather than cooperate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a coalition of organizations working in over 40 countries turned this formula on its head. At the Skoll World Forum, Mallika joined other members of the Community Health Impact Coalition to share five lessons we’ve learned for radical collaboration:
